Sourced from indigenous desi cow farms of Rajasthan and Gujarat, this ghee is prepared exclusively from A2 milk using the traditional Bilona method. Fresh curd is hand-churned in small batches to extract makkhan (butter), which is then gently simmered to produce pure, aromatic ghee. No machines. No shortcuts. Just patience and tradition.

A2 milk comes from Indian desi cow breeds such as Gir, Sahiwal, and Tharparkar. It contains A2 beta-casein protein, which has been traditionally considered easier to digest compared to A1 milk commonly found in commercial dairy products.
